In the event that a game needs to be rescheduled, you MUST contact the opposing team as soon as possible. You can find the other team’s info on your game card. After contacting the other team, please let club members know so the refs for your game can be notified. You may be responsible for paying the ref fees for your game if you do not notify the club within 24 hours of game time. Please check your schedules often and inform your team of any changes that may appear.
Be prepared ahead of time
- Do you know where your game is going to be?
- Do you have your Coach passes printed and with you?
- If you need player cards, do you have those on hand?
- Is your game card printed?
- If it is raining – who do you call to check on field status?
- If the fields are closed, be prepared to call the opposing team to let them know!
